I didn't hear any sound, but she's Looking good on that DEB. Nice targeting and timing. keeping those hands up.

Hey that is pretty good, and I don't mean just for a girl, that is good timing and hand speed Rhi, toolboxdiver will have a future champ on his hands soon enough. My wife just watched it and she is thoroughly impressed, thanks for giving her something too shot for, ciao.

That's how a Devil Dog does it Toolbox!! Passing on the skills OORAH!! Great job dad!:D I also that the bag is nice and loose. I've been going back and forth with this and judging from your vid of Rhi, you seem to get a much better workout with it loose.

I like it better loose also it seems to give you more timing work and alot more movement

I like it better loose also it seems to give you more timing work and alot more movementyou're right. I worked out this morning and noticed the difference. I'm still playing around with how loose I should keep it. I've seen people use it tight but loose is definitely the better workout
