Man 46 was a great year for me.

I think I went through puberty. I'm not sure - it was a long time ago :o

I was also in my baggin' prime. I really miss those workouts...

Yea young in years or just in our minds, we all have the speedbag in common.

I think it was Satchel Paige who said, "How old would you be, if you didn't know how old you were?"

I try to live by those words, but when the aches and pains don't go away as quickly as they once did, I have my doubts.

I hear ya.

The problem is, we're older now than we've ever been. My body keeps reminding me of that. In my 20's, 30's, and even 40's - I didn't care.

But all things considered, If life is a race, I'd rather keep running, (slower than I'd like... but still running) than cross the finish line.

Quoted for truth.

Amen, Alan. Always better to be on this side of Mother earth.
