Here you will find a host of speed bag brothers and sisters to converse with. I've been reviewing your video's for some time now and the others could benefit from your efforts.

Must be something about the air in Florida that is condusive to speed bag ability. I've known a lot of dedicated and skilled speed baggers from Florida.

Well, I can't take any credit for being skilled yet, but Florida will always be considered home for me since I grew up and lived there for over 35 years.

Sounds like Florida might be an excellent place to have our first meet & greet!

I suggest Sarasota. I know you know some guys down there, and it's only about 1 1/2 hours from Tampa airport. Sarasota has some of the nicest beaches in the world, (Siesta Key has been voted the best beach in the country many times) the fishing is outstanding, and my understanding is that they have quite a dedicated speedbag following in Sarasota at the YMCA.

The Illinois winters really start to get to me by February FWIW. We really should talk about this sometime soon.

What it is brothers and sisters lol hmm thanx for the speed bag room compilment it is alot of motivation with all eyes on you! i see that the best time to hit the speed bag is when some ones watching lol makes u feel good that someone is thinking wow! yeah i guess kinda makes you a little big headed but hey the motivation gets crazy!!! as a matter of a fatc since i have been hitting the bag for about a year and a 1/2 now i have brought about 15 other people into hitting the bag not quite like us but at least trying but one good friend of mine his name is lil eric and he is 14 now and has been hitting the bad for about a year on and off does not have a spot at his house for a bag so i let him come over and hit mine (dont get this twisted he is my X-girlfriends little brother, she left and he stayed chillen) but heres a video of us hitting the bags at the house ! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n9P2CyTTl_8

What up, Skunk? How did you come up with the idea to mount the swivel on the wall?

i was about to put up a hole set up when i noticed that the bag was hanging on the platform. so i simply walked over to it and started hitting it couldnt believe it worked!!! but it does and its almost the exact same as the regular way.

Nice moves! What bag size and make do you use? Also what swivel?

i use a title 5*8 or everlast 5*8 and i use all the swivels but my favorite is the ball with s hook swivel then the newest hevey dudty swivel then the swivel with the bearings in it.

lol i have my metal one and a plastic one and to me its all on how you hit the bag i dont really see to much of a problem with the plastic ball but most poeple prefer the metal ones. to me as long as it swings then i can hit it lol
