Just to let you know the new class times for MMA @ Kickstop Norwich:

Mon: 10:30am till 12:30pm (Submission Wrestling, Takedowns & G&P) Cost £5

Mon: 10:30am till 12:30pm (MMA Fitness) Cost £3

Mon: 6:00pm till 7:30pm (MMA Striking) Cost £5

Tue: 12:30pm till 4:30pm (Pro Boxing) Cost £3

Wed: 6:00pm till 7:30pm (MMA Striking) Cost £5

Thur: 12:30pm till 4:30pm (Pro Boxing) Cost £3

Fri: 7:30pm till 9:30pm (Submission Wrestling, Takedowns & G&P) Cost £5

Sat: 10:00am till 12:00pm (Pro Boxing) Cost £3

Sat: 1:00pm till 3:00pm (First 45mins MMA Fitness then Submission Wrestling, Takedowns & G&P) Cost £5

All session have sparring. Its up to you if you want to spar or not.

John Maguire was there but he was not training. He is still in plaster from the Tom Watson fight.

There was 25 people training in the Pro fighter session. The standard was off the hook. We picked up loads of new moves.

I loved grappling with Alexander Gustafsson the LH Pro MMA fighters. We had a good RNC battle.
