I realize so many details are up in the air that there is no way anyone can 100% commit at this time, but I need rough numbers to scout out locations.

Please indicate YES if there is a 75% chance you would be able to:

1. Fly somewhere, in August 2010 , for 2-3 nights
2. Pay your airfare, hotel, and meals
3. Pay a nominal conference registration fee IN ADVANCE of $100 (estimated)
4. Participate in the most exciting person to person gathering of speed bag enthusiasts ever :)

It is tough to say for sure Tim. I would really like to be there. If you guys do Vegas, I could probably con some friends in to going and I could kill two birds with one stone....three if you make it the weekend of a UFC Fight in Vegas.

UFC - that might be a possibility, the only potential problem is those dates don't seem to firm up until about 2-3 months prior.... we'll likely have to lock in a location and date/time sooner than that.

That would be reall cool though.

Yeah i'd probably bring a friend as well, I might worry about the UFC fight tho...although it may be cool, if certain events are happening in any given area that will drive prices up, airfare, hotel and car rentals they can all skyrocket, ...(only good thing is Vegas MIGHT be an exception to this rule, being that theres always stuff goin on)

If you haven't taken the poll above, please do. If you have offline friends that might attend, please reach out to them. I know we may get a slight bump once the plans become concrete, but that process will be much easier if we have a realistic view of how many are attending ...

I'm a maybe. I can fly to Vegas very cheaply. Check out www.allegiantair.com If you live close to an airport that Allegiant flies out of, you can't beat their prices.

It all depends on what I've got going on during the weekend you end up nailing down. I'll be watching, but don't think I'll attend more than 2 days. I've got a lot coming up next year that will require a lot of traveling, so I just can't say at this time, but if it's possible, I'll be there.
