I like to watch this vid from time to time. I am going this Friday night to a Sleep Study Exam which I think - my gal tells me - I need to do. It seems I have some problems with my sleep. I've always 'turned alot' but lately it seems I am not breathing sometimes well, and my circulation isn't what it should be in that I have an arm or foot that seems - dead weight, it wakes me up. I think/hope it's just 'apnea' and I will kick it in the ap or the nea, whichever one it may be. It sux when it seems there's something wrong with you in your sleep.Comment
