For the past week, Diaz has spent some time bagging and I think she's made some fantastic progress. The last couple of days, she's used the Speed Bag Bible. I can't believe how quick she put her combos together! :D
This girl is so determined to learn!

Hey Vini, YouTube seems to be down at the moment, so my YT comments will have to wait. Those are great still shots of Diaz. She's a cutie; that last pic is adorable. She has the SBB on a music stand!!! Nice idea.

Tell her and Joey I said "Hi." And keep up the good work. I'm waiting for YT to come back up.

Hey Vini, YouTube seems to be down at the moment, so my YT comments will have to wait. Those are great still shots of Diaz. She's a cutie; that last pic is adorable. She has the SBB on a music stand!!! Nice idea.

I'm honored that Diaz is putting so much time and concentration into the book and learning the speed bag at such a young age. In a few years she will be a master! Awesome! Wizard!

Alan, it's certainly keeping her interested.;) I have the day off work today, she plans on spending the day learning more stuff! At 6:30am, she had me cutting down a pair of handwraps to fit her little hands.:D She's spending that much time bagging, she's getting sore hands. I tell her to give it a rest but, she won't listen.:rolleyes:

SSP, she seen Charlotte's video when you first posted it, she's just told me she's watched it a few times. I didn't know it was Charlotte who inspired her to learn more!:D

the Speedbag Princess is going extra well,and a girl who can punch is better than one who cant.both my girls have punched on and off for years and its done
them no harm,i think it has been real positive ,keep up the good work both Diaz

Thanks very much atgatt, They still want to beat me up but, they are good kids and play well together.;)
The lighting is good, it's the video camera that show's it dark. It's a cheapish camera so can't complain.

I hope it does inspire Lexi. I had shown Diaz Char's video when SSP first posted it. Over the weekend I learnt she'd been watching it over again. It was Char who inspired Diaz to move forward. Then there's friends of ours, who have been watching our video's, Diaz's video inspired them to order an Everlast set-up, today.:D:D:D
