It's good to be here.
I whipped that one up today.
I've been working on that uppercut for a little while.
I'm going to try and tack it onto some more difficult combos next.
I'm also gonna have a good time with that spinning elbow I saw ukspeedbag do a week or two ago.
I'm still a daisy fresh rookie at it now. :o

MP, very nice work. Never seen anyone do the karate jobs on the bag like you did. Nice. Your platform looks SOLID. Keep up the great hitting and glad you got on the forum.

Nice MP76! The Karate chops are cool, the spin is cool, but I really dig the uppercut! It looks pretty surprising and devastating! I've never seen that before.
Great job!
So you just joined?
Welcome to final level of gettin' bagified!
BAGS UP!

The chops, I've been doing for a while.
The spinner, I'm hoping to build upon.
The uppercut took a while to work into a routine.
Neat!
Thanx bro.

I'm still a rookie at that spinner.
A lot of undiscovered opportunity with that move, in my opinion.
Are you a Karate guy too?
Thanx for all the great comments everyone.
I'll be around.

MP76 You're welcome. Though I've had lessons in different disciplines;(Uechi Ryu, Goju Ryu and Myama Ryu Jiu Jutsu, plus Wing Chun Kung Fu) I am no way a karate guy(I only know enough to get my a@# soundly whipped LOL!) I do love the martial arts extensively and wish I had more time for practice. I do what I can when I can though. BAG ON!!:D

Yeah, I saw you had a video on your YT page that had a guy doing forms on a Wooden Dummy. I've always wanted one of those. Even thought about making one. I've got the plans, but not the raw materials. :(

MP76 I actually made one out of PVC pipe and I mounted inside a tire filled with cement. I also saved a video of a homemade gonka post including instructions how to make one. It looks interesting, I may try too make one:

On my next video, I'll show you my dummy that I built

lookin good...I'm always a fan of seeing a new technique that I haven't tried before. Thats one of the things I love most about the speed bag...it always seems like someone is coming up with new stuff...kudos.

Thanx for showing that dummy.
At 1st, I wanted to make one immediately.
Then, I saw some homemade Jiu Jutsu/MMA dummies and started planning for that.
I really need to find a log.
I've already got the plans on how to carve one.

Appreciate the kudos.
Here's a few, more difficult, uppercuts I hit a few days after that 1st video.
I just posted the video today.

Nice uppercuts! What size bag is that? Were you seriuos when you said you couldn't do side double punching? I seriously believe you could truly rock some SDP!

It's a Tuf-Wear, 9"x6".
I'm definitely not proficient at it.
It's really just a lack of practice at that move.
I'll have to give it a more serious attempt, later today.
Thanx for the motivation metaldad.
