    Setup a speedbag...Vibrating prob...

    I just setup a speedbag in my garage and the board(drum) is vibrating while im punching the bag...how can i reduce or stable the board(drum)???pls email me at kramsnave23@yahoo.com thanks

    Put a bag of sand on top.

      I second the sandbag idea. It works wonders even on units that have very little or no vibration, it makes it quieter by muffling the drum.

        fearkram, there is a lot of information on these forums detailing many steps one can take to reduce noise and vibration, just search a little harder and poke around a bit and you will find lots of good information...
