Looks and sounds OK. Your timing and contact appear fine, but it's sounds like your really trying to go fast. Your upper body appears a bit tense as you try to pound the bag. You might try backing off the "need for speed" and hit a bit more relaxed. I noticed your rhythm gets a bit faster and faster and you make each technique hit harder and harder.

Just a suggestion.... Welcome back to "the bag".

thanks Alan and yes i was in the middle of my workout and i was "in the zone" haha i was really tence which if not normally how i hit the bag. i havent been able to hit as comfortably as id like cause the think is tearing up my knuckles.

Great job! How old are you? It deons't seem like many people your age are that into the bag. Meaning, you look pretty young, and that's a good thing!
You have a good grasp on some advanced technique and if you just try to make the strikes rebound a little more evenly with the bags natural rebounds, you'll improve quickly! Good stuff!

hoopla, great job! Welcome to the forum. It's awesome to see the younger crowd getting into the bag. I'm gonna suscribe to your channel also. Try wrapping your hands or using bag gloves (I've even tied workout gloves), that should help the knuckles out. Keep at it and post more!
