Has anyone here in the U.S. placed any recent orders from Sugarray's? I am wondering how long an international order typically takes. I ordered a few things on February 5, and I haven't seen anything yet. I sent their customer service a couple of emails, but have not gotten any response. I know they are a good company, just a little curious why it takes so long, and why they can't respond to my emails. As far as I know, the products I ordered were in stock. Thanks guys.

Wow... I wish I had known! I would have piggybacked on your order -- there is a really sweet Lonsdale bag that I've had my eye on...

Let me know how it sorts out - if they haven't sent it yet, I might jump in there with you if it doesn't complicate things.

They can be a right pain in the backside!:mad::mad:

My guess is they have taken your cash and not had your items in stock. They have done this to me so many times.:mad: And they don't answer emails!

Okay, you need to contact them by telephone, this is the only way you'll get an answer.:confused: Or message me your order number and I'll be glad to call them for you tomorrow morning.;)

I am sure you will get your order eventually!! but as UK says the are sometimes out of stock! i waited a month for my Pro-box Xtreme, i have always got an answer to my e-mails by using the contact us on there web site, if you phone them be prepared for the shouting man...the loudest talker in the UK!:eek::D

what are they like if you are actually ordering to the UK? As I might order if they are reliable.

They are okay although, there is room for improvement. I always give them a call before ordering anything, this will save some disappointment if they don't have what you need on stock.;)

I got an email response this morning; a couple of the items were backordered. Everything is supposed to be back in stock next week, so we'll see.

Yeah, been there before.:( I have been asking them when they're getting the white Fighting Sports bags. The have been telling me next week for 3 months! This week they told me they ain't stocking them anymore.:mad:

I contacted the customer service via e-mail to ask what shipping would be to Florida on 10 peanut bags and never heard back.

Sounds about right Tim. This is what I mean by there's room for improvement. Sugar Rays are pretty good when they have what you want on stock, but when they haven't got it, the are useless in telling us when they are likely to have it in and replying to emails. How can someone run a company with such a bad attitude to business? Especially during a recession!:mad:
