This is a promotional item that was availble from AB to bars, taverns, honky tonks, etc. From what I understand it wasn't free (although it's been alluded that if said establishment moved a LOT of product you could get one for the cost of shipping). I've seen a fair number of these on eBay, but never one in person, as I don't frequent such establishments anymore.
