I bought a Everlast Professional Chain-link Swivel online. There is no instruction with it. I don't know how to attach the speed bag onto it. Do i have to unscrew the swivel?

Hi Newbox
On most Chain link swivels, there is a Locking clip or pin on one side of chainlink that has to be removed.
This is what it looks like (http://www.hi-line.com/more-info/?id=126) when taken apart.
It is easiest to take this locking clip off (right side of the picture on link above) if you use a pair of "Snap Ring Pliers" (http://www.chain-auto-tools.com/general_auto_tools/PLN011B.htm) or retaining ring pliers.
Be careful with the locking clip, for if you bend it or get it twisted, it will not lock well on the link. Fortunately, if that happens a thin wrap of duct tape around the swivel will hold the bag and clip on.
