Someone got a great deal. the post is gone already. The picture is blury but it looks like an Everlast platform, with a Everlast ball hook, and a blue Everlast bag! $5 maybe they made a mistake:confused:

I've seen those platforms before. If mounted with solid lag screws into the wall joists (studs) and some added weights on top (sandbags), they work fine. That would have been a great deal for $5.

Absolutely. I've had boards like that up for years and they do fine. $5.00 is a steal.
