Review: Lonsdale Authentic Peanut Speed Ball

Nice review, I think the side by side comparison is the best format for seeing how a bag is really shaped and sized -- the Everlast 6x4 bag is a good reference, even though the so-called 6x4 size itself is meaningless. Would be nice if this Peanut ball were stocked and sold here in the USA.
Clint, a forum member from Hong Kong, posted this photo of his Lonsdale peanut a few years ago:

Thanks Mitts very nice review. As Paranday pointed out, the size comparison was very useful since the published dimensions are usually worthless
Looks like a great bag and well built.
Everyone, be sure you watch all the way to the end as 2:19 to 2:26 has some darn impressive advanced punching!Last edited by Tim; 07-18-2010, 08:15 AM.

Yes it's probably worth pointing out that Lonsdale have lots of products in both their familiar blue/red colours and also in what they call their Authentic range, in retro brown colour. Heavy bags, focus pads, speedballs, floor to ceiling balls etc.
It looks like they heave upped the quality (and price) a notch in the authentic range. Compare the leather and seams in the standard Lonsdale peanut ball (pic above) with the Authentic peanut ball here.
