Hi All
I recently became a member and wanted to say hello. You all have some great things to share and I look forward to reading the posts.

I have been hitting the speed bag for thirty days now and have finally had the guts to post it on you tube. Any feed back is welcomed.

I received my SB Bible DVD three weeks ago... what else can I say but... Thanks Alan for the great instructional guide.

Thanks All for you kind words of encouragement. I never knew speedbagging could be soooo much fun. The tip of my nose is still sore from yesterdays miss as I was passing thru with a double reverse punch... I missed the bag but not my nose! I'm glad I wasn't recording, I can only imagine the look of surprise when I nailed myself.
I look at some of your videos and can't wait to be as good. But as Speed bag reminds us... control first...hmmm

i think that has happend to all of us. i gave myself a fat lip once and explaining it to people was not fun.

I was definitely surprised... glad I caught it on video... anytime my ego gets too big I take a look at that clip ;)
