This week I was finally able to raise my arm above my head unassisted. I can really tell the difference in the amount of range of motion and movement since I began hitting the bag.

It may not look pretty but I'm hitting with a pretty good rythem (2 lefts/1 half ass right) for two minutes on/thirty seconds off for six to ten rounds.

I must say that it"s inspiring seeing some of the rehab video off of Speed Bag's site. Having a shoulder ripped apart is nothing compared to a quadraplegic hitting the speed bag with a purpose.

Good to hear you're making progress, and it's even better to hear that the speed bag is increasing your movement.

Keep it going.:)
