video looks good. nice control on basic punches. on rear straight punch, level out your punch and punch back at your face instead of up toward the board. -

Good job. You have a nice Basic Rhythm, using the Front Straight Punch (FSP) and the Front Circle Punch (FCP). Those are two of the four front punching techniques from the front of the bag. I would suggest you start working on the Front Double Punch (FDP) and the Front Fist Roll (F-Roll).Speed Bag
