video looks good. nice control on basic punches. on rear straight punch, level out your punch and punch back at your face instead of up toward the board.

Good job. You have a nice Basic Rhythm, using the Front Straight Punch (FSP) and the Front Circle Punch (FCP). Those are two of the four front punching techniques from the front of the bag. I would suggest you start working on the Front Double Punch (FDP) and the Front Fist Roll (F-Roll).
