Good video. I see you're working the basics. I suspect you are left handed? You want to lead everything with your left fist. Try doing your Front Double Punches (FDP) and Reverse Double Punches (RDP) leading with the Right Fist. Particularly the FDP, try to do six to eight in a row alternating the lead, L-R ' ' ' R-L....

Your swing and movements are smooth and controlled. You can do it and being able to lead with either hand doubles the potential combinations you can do.

I can dig all that... but I am right handed. But I do have more trouble leading with my right. I know I should pracitce more using my weekest hand. I find that learning this bag has been alot like learning how to drible a basket ball. but the bag doesnt take off down the road when you mess up LOL I will keep practicing thanks agian:)
