Let us hope that all men will choose to punch their bags, and not their spouse, their children, their pets or their neighbors. And let it be the year that all people might learn the lessons of the bag: to accept each other no matter the shape, size, color or rhythm of their rebound.

I happen to know that bags do NOT quibble about the size, shapes, colors or skills of their bagger. They accept us as we are. And that is what I Love most about the speed bag.

If but we could all do the same. Maybe this will be the year.
