Having Fun with Advanced FDP

I've been having a lot of fun with this advanced FDP, especially trying to mix it with other techniques. Here's a cool angle mixing it with front fist roll:

I really like doing the same thing. Its a cool sound, works great with music, and is fun to do.

Now start passing through, do the R-Roll and Advanced Reverse Double Punching (RDP) ' (RDP)

then, in your F-Roll, do this.

F-Roll ' FDP ' FDP ' ' RDP ' RDP ' ' FDP ' FDP ' FRoll...

You better take at least an hour to get this one, or I'll start throwing in SDP's off this... ( A side Single Punch can follow any fist of a FDP after one rebound and tie it to a FDP)
