While I haven't done any fighting per se, when it comes time to go to boxing class and I can't quite get motivated to go, I just go and it doesn't take very long to ge psyched up as I'm stretching, warming up on the bags, shadow boxing, etc.

If I'm not psyched up by then, a couple of rounds sparring with my coach always does the trick once my heart gets pumping.
