Thanks for posting these videos, Jim. Very impressive physical workouts that these people are doing. I know that I'd have a pretty hard time keeping up with them, that's for sure!
Parkinson's can be a devastating and debilitating disease. But these people have the right idea. They are literally FIGHTING BACK. What a boost to the body AND the mind! I'm going to post these videos to my Facebook Wall to spread the word... that you should never give up.

Best post I've seen in a long time.....
I've long believed that the unique Rhythmic power of the speed bag could be used to help those with movement disorders, including Parkinson's disease. It's just great to see someone puting this in action. Here are a few pics

Wow! My grandmother had Parkinson's and it was pretty hard on her. I'm glad I picked a hobby that has the potential to slow the process if I'm unlucky enough to get it. Fingers crossed I don't.
