title platinum atomic XS 5x7 bag. this is my fav. bag but i only own four for now. it rebounds really good and you can get it to move fast but your strikes need more snapping power compaired to hitting the heavier bigger bags...ralph

Hit on that FS Pro for an hour...then change over to the Atomic...it's like hitting air!:eek:...yah that's kinda what i do sometimes i'll hit the two heavy bags and switch down to the smaller bags or i'll switch back and forth...ralph

so as with the fighting sports bag and the xxs title atomic bag i changed the bladder on this one too. i also used the title rubber replacement bladder for this bag too, The medium size to give it more substance. this bag was fast but got even faster and gave a better feel when you hit it. As with the xxs the xs didn't feel as much as hitting air and got a more solid feel to the hit. don't get me wrong the two bags are still very light but changing the bladders like i did gave them that wow feeling when i hit them...ralph

forgot to say that the bladder i used for this bag was the next size up, Fit (6x9) and (7x10) ...ralph

Here's to that "wow" feeling. Sounds like a good mod for these bags.
