Need heavy bag advice

Hello everyone I am in the market of getting a new heavy bag.
My 70 or 80 pound one the padding has gone to the bottom and it is time to get a new one.

I am looking at bags at 100 pounds or over the most I would want is 150 pounds. I want to up the weight since I am 6 foot 250 pounds

and these are some I am looking at.

My old one is canvas and want to get away from the canvas

They all look OK, but I would be partial to the Title Boxing Brand. All appear to have a soft leather out covering with internal soft core.

with that being said any pros and cons to leather vs synthetic.
it will be in a south florida garage 24/7, so hot and humid most of the time.
