just my two cents on this bag. Lots of people like this bag. Out of the box this is a good bag, The leather quality and shape of the bag is great the loop is great but could be alittle shorter. i like short loops, not saying that this loop is not short it's shorter than other bags out there. i turned this really good bag into a great bag by replacing the black butyl rubber inner tube type bladder like i did with the other bags i own that have that bladder. if you have a dead bag good chances are it has the black inner tube bladder and you can turn that bag into a great bag by replacing the bladder...ralph...(edit) also you can't beat the price of this great quality bag at $ 29.99 and free shipping if u wait till titleboxing offers it. the quality of this bag is better than some of those more expensive ones.
Very durable as well, I have a well worn one that is about 5 years old, still holding up, just needed a new bladder after a couple of years.

...Thanks thats good to know that this bag will last that long. All i remember from hitting years ago that i always used everlast and i think there was a tuffwear or two in there between the everlast bags and they were made in the USA, Didn't get the cracking they do now. Wow now all the bags are made in china that kinda pissed me off but i'm glad i started back up again hitting after all these years. thats greed for yah guess they didn't make enough money making bags here and had to go with china...ralph

Hey, Ralph... Thanks for the extra insight. But for my noob edification: can you list a few of the bags you're including in that comparison?:o
I find this kind of info to be extremely helpful; it goes right into my databanks!

I agree with you, Ralph, regarding the yellow Title bag being VERY forgiving on the knuckles. For one thing, it has no piping running down the seams of the bag, and instead has suede(?) material between the seams... And the leather almost feels spongy, especially if it's a little under-inflated. A real work horse of a bag, also. I would recommend this bag to every level of speed bagger.
Another soft speed bag is the Everlast Kangaroo leather speed bag. I ordered one long ago, but returned it because it was so warped looking. I think Paranday hits on one regularly...
My large, BodyFirst Fitness speed ball (Australian-made) is top-quality and very easy on the hands. I would recommend this bag to beginners for it's comfort and good rebounding and trueness...
I have a medium-size (red) Cleto bag, and it is top quality, with soft leather. The one drawback is the thick loop. I have to use a pair of pliers to press the leather down in order to make the loop opening bigger to get it on the S hook.
I found the small Everlast black and yellow bag to be very hard (IMO). The white Fighting Sports bag is hard, but, I have become accustomed to it, and it doesn't seem to bother my knuckles. It's on the hook more and more often, these days...
My black Everlast Te:M is easy on the knuckles, and has no piping. Soft leather, but, I went through several before I finally got one that wasn't flawed in some way. (Everlast seems to have poor quality control.)
When I first started bagging, I bought a small red and black Century speed bag. Man, that thing was HARD. And it gave me quite a workout in the beginning because it seemed I had to really work to keep it going.
I also found the Everlast Ta:S bag (black with red piping) to be hard, and with the piping down the seams, it can really hurt your knuckles, especially when first starting out.
Others might disagree about my take on the above-mentioned bags, but, quite often, it's simply a case of individual taste...

@ MsDeville i have the xs cleto and thought that i would have to cut my S hook on the powermill to make it fit, but then i tried using my leather conditioner on the loop and did not wipe it off so it slid on and off easy but i had to do it many times. now i don't need to anymore. also have that everlast black & yellow bag and loved how hard it was on my knuckles :-) great bag...ralph
