Ross is a great guy also. He helps a lot of his forum members via PM. He has recently been mentioned in some national fitness industry magazines, and his training philosophies endorsed by some high level athletes.

I'm amazed at how this forum has grown. There was obviously a huge demand for it and so far everyone has been great. Let's hope it stays that way.
