CS # CS-711 Like the Rival model bags.

The top right swivel is crazy looking. I don't even know how that thing would work.

That reminds me of the steel ring found on a lot of Army/Navy striking bags. From what I have gathered it allowed for the use of a simple screw hook to complete a front line set up.
