I give her major props. For woman of her time she was way ahead of it, and I'm sure she could teach us all a thing or two about bagging in our time.

Instead of being "the belle of the ball", I like to think of her as "The Belle of the Bag".

I bet it would take a good while to master just the floor bagging moves she demonstrates. Moreover, this book is slim on bagging technique, pretty certain that she knew way more than her publisher permitted space for in this little pamphlet. Gotta ask yourself, how many of us can keep 4 bags moving at once?

and gotta ask yourself how you would break those down to "techniques" and write sample or practice combinations for connecting those moves. Inward and Outward single and double knee techniques? Floor bag knee+fist moves?
