Interesting video. I noticed on the last full face view, that you are missing the Bag Belly, contacting the bag up towards the swivel a lot. also not really trap (stopping) the bag, probably due to mis-hits.

trapping is harder than it looks, isn't it? I still say that Hispanicmakingpanic is exceptional at this style. I have no doubt you'll get it with time and practice, BillyMack, and many people think it no big deal. It is a skilled blend of reaction and timing.

I really like the long rope speed bag. Pretty cool but it would take your ingenious board setup with the 360 degree movement, or the bag would hit the wall.

Wish you were coming to Florida.....

Thanks, Alan. Yes, it's definitely a lot harder than it looks but it's fun to try something new.

The speed bag on a rope is a blast. I have to crank the platform all the way up and like you say, if I didn't have a 36" platform I wouldn't get as much of an arc out of it....but it's a blast nonetheless....

Ya, I definitely wish I was going to be there this weekend, you guys will have that place rockin'....

 Man you and skunk are great at just jumping on the bag and "getting" it. It get's more fun and demanding as you add different angles on your punches and incorporate circling. Love the extension as well. How did you rig that up, if you don't mind me asking?;) I would like to try that.

Oh and thanks for the props on my style Alan. I showed the post to my friends! (how corny is that?):D

Thanks man, I appreciate your comments...

I rigged it up with leftover cable from my platform - one end of the cable loops through the bag and the other end loops around the swivel, check the pics:
