Doing heavy weights and it actually makes you stiff....

on the first video
For the Outward Elbow Strikes, it is much easier to do start with a slow moving bag. hit it easy a few times with a Front Circle Punch, then do the outward Elbow. It will be an easier angle if the bag is swinging slightly.
single fist linking front to back and side to side looks pretty good! keep practicing, you're definitely getting better. your still angling both fists downward a bit on the double fist pass through, and swinging upward from behind. But that may be because it is a big bag and you think you have to go "under" it to get behind. Try going more of a "straight through" the bag motion, and keep the fists pretty level to the Reverse Double Punch.
On The second video…
Nice Side Double punching! Starting noticing where EACH fist goes in the movements. Also, try doing Front Double Punch to Side Double Punch (3 rebounds inbetween) and Reverse Double Punch to Side Double Punch (2 rebounds). You can do those.
