Actually, I have one of those itty bitty grant bags, red and white. Welcome and post some more when you get a chance.

The only tip I can offer from that particular video is to lower the bag. You appear to be reaching up pretty high to get to it.

It would help for reviewing purposes to move the camera further back and to the side so we can see you arm motions, and also widen the view to see your whole body.

Other than that, you're rhythm and timing sounds pretty solid.
