i like how this guys acts as a pad holder. great movement all around and he does a great job of capturing his opponents attention.

These are great demonstrations of the importance of your trainer. It takes skill, knowledge and dedication to work the "pads" for someone else. There is much more to working the pads with a boxer of MMA than just holding them. A skilled pad man can really advance ones training, forcing you to work different combinations and work defensive moves also.
