...There are many people in the world who are driven to build up their own ego by deflating others. Putting others down has become an art form for some people. Don't believe their hateful or hurtful words. Even at 13, YOU are the better man, and most likely much better on the speed bag then they will ever be. When the words become heated and harsh, keep your cool, keep your focus, smile and walk away. Online, just takes your hands off the keyboard and leave it alone. There are many ways to become a man among men. Standing there in person, I guarentee having the ability to rip a speed bag like no one else with speed, grace and power will shut them up quickly. You will soon find that out. But the best advice I EVER got, has become the best advice I believe I can ever give: Never pass up the opportunity to make someone feel good about themself. In word or Deed, be kind and considerate. Learn to do that in soft and subtle ways, and you will never lack for friends.

keep practicing. you are getting better fast.
