Muay Thai Training

i went muay thai trainig 2night! absolutely loved it. great bunch of people running it, really freindly and welcoming and dead easy to get on with an have a laff and a joke with. was an hour long session of continuous training from skipping to stretching to learning the basic offencive and defensive moves. i was absolutely nackered at the end of it but loved every second, cant wait to go back! :D

i definatly reccomend it to anyone wanting to learn to fight or just for general fitness, it really is a hardcore workout!

p.s but best of all... they have 2 SPEEDBAG setups! :O cant wait to get on those next time! was itching for a go 2day! lol

IT was such a great experiance:) I met and talked with Peter Kid Chocolate:D. The fights were great and Im going to be training there for more sparring:)
