Don't let anything stop you from punching!

Way to go, Rogene! Wow! Nice work with the linking, downward elbow strikes, double taps on the bag – from the front AND the back side!

It's funny, I've had to do the same thing these past few days. I have a cut that is on the knuckle on the side of my right ring finger. Every time I try to punch, the finger gets bumped by the other finger. OUCH.

Keep up the great workouts. Bag on!

              One arm Challenge.

Here is a one arm challenge video. Nice idea Roge, thanks for starting the thread it was fun. I have realised how dependent I am on my other arm, it's way easier to bag with two of them. The other one kept trying to jump in on the fight.

Who is next? One arm assault.

Only had one arm spare so it was back to the one arm challenge - for something to do and to find something new.

                  One arm 3punch-monty (FSP)'(SSP)'RSP)

And figured out how to do these spins.

I was thinking these spin things would be a good way to pause the bag when the music I am drumming to has one of those long pauses in the beat?

Some one arm beats. 5+1 and 3+3. Fun combo and good SSP practice too.

                          Nice work.

You can always change it to the other (left) hand by double punching on the change.

Here is another one arm combo I was keen to try.
                              I wrote it as-
(FCP)' ' (SSP)' '(RSP)' '(SSP)' ' repeat.

The fun thing about this one is smacking the bag with each change of direction decisively so as to avoid it doing a windmill.
