I told you it was tiny. You did better on the downward elbows than I did. Not much clearance. I measured it before I sent it and it was 6 inches long top to bottom, (not the bag strap..) and four inches wide.
I think the plastic ball hook swivel is showing some weakness. I noticed I have a lot more control on a metal ballhook, especially on my smaller bags, so I changed back.
I got a 4x6 and totally sucked at it!! I keep it for aspiration purposes. I moved back up to a medium. I'm checking out your setup and I'm thinking maybe I should change from the Century stand I'm using. You and Alan make it look so blasted easy LOL
Boxing Gear's® Speed bag Swivel - Triple chrome plated, precision ball bearing Swivel all Steel Construction (NO PLASTIC)
(Reference #Watkins-Swivel)Limited Time price is $ 22.99
They said (guy name John) that they would ship within a day of an order.
I think someone here on the forum said this was a very good swivel - once they got it. (the dreaded back order...) Now they say they are stock, so give them a try.

NOT sure if the Grant is smaller than the Rival but i sure would love to know where i can get the Grant because after hitting the Rival I'm a huge fan of the "Tiny Bags"..........p.s. here's the Rival next to a 9x6 Ringside!!!
