First, any good advice on shadow boxing? I see my technique as very wrong. Second, I've been experimenting with the Billy Blanks Biilly Bands while shadow boxing and they add some pretty good resistance. Has anyone tried these compared to the Shadow boxer from Ringside. or even 1 pound weights? I've tried the weights too and can't decide what to stick with as they REALLY add killer resistance after a couple of rounds. But I really need to improve my shadowboxing technique
