Ringside has the Top Contender speed bag on sale for $12.94 - cheapest price I've ever seen, although I haven't used this model so I can't comment on how good it is.

They have an unusual 4 x 7 size available, along with the more common 5x8 and 6x9

I've got several and like them.

the 4x7 is F-A-S-T. A little tough to get downward elbows on it, (not very long under a short ball hook), but the sucker flat flies.

great Price for a decent bag.
