You can play these files in your MP3 player or burn them to an audio CD.

12 Rounds, 2 minutes per round with 1 minute rest (http://www.speedbagforum.com/audio/12rounds2minutes.mp3)

12 Rounds, 3 minutes per round with 1 minute rest (http://www.speedbagforum.com/audio/12rounds3minutes.mp3)

3 Rounds, 5 minutes per round with 1 minute rest (http://www.speedbagforum.com/audio/3rounds5minutes.mp3)

5 Rounds, 5 minutes per round with 1 minute rest (http://www.speedbagforum.com/audio/5rounds5minutes.mp3)

Tabata (http://www.speedbagforum.com/audio/tabata.mp3) - 8 sets of 8 20 secs work/10 secs rest

2 Minute round (http://www.speedbagforum.com/audio/2min.mp3) - Single round, play on "repeat" for multiple rounds. Courtesy of Falling Leaves Kung Fu (http://www.fallingleaveskungfu.com/)

3 Minute round (http://www.speedbagforum.com/audio/3min.mp3) - Single round, play on "repeat" for multiple rounds. Courtesy of Falling Leaves Kung Fu (http://www.fallingleaveskungfu.com/)

5 Minute round (http://www.speedbagforum.com/audio/5min.mp3) - Single round, play on "repeat" for multiple rounds. Courtesy of Falling Leaves Kung Fu (http://www.fallingleaveskungfu.com/)

These files are helpful for the Ross Enamait (http://www.rosstraining.com/) GPP workouts:

GPP #1 (http://www.speedbagforum.com/audio/gpp1.mp3)- 10 min round, 30 sec intervals, x 1 round

GPP #2 (http://www.speedbagforum.com/audio/gpp2.mp3)- 3 min rounds, 30 sec intervals, 30 sec rest, x 5 rounds

GPP #3 (http://www.speedbagforum.com/audio/gpp3.mp3)- 12 min round, 30 sec intervals, x 1 round

GPP #5 (http://www.speedbagforum.com/audio/gpp5.mp3)- 3 min rounds, 30 sec intervals, 1 min rest, x 6 rounds

NOTE: Most of these start with 3-4 seconds of silence before the first bell.

Thanks these are great.

I couldn't download the 5 five minute rounds though.

Any chance you still have it?

When I tried to get it I still got 3 fivers.

It would be great to get that because I usually have to limit my workout to half an hour since my wife and I just had a baby.

Good times,

G

I burned that one and 12 three minute rounds on a CD and I can go back and forth between 3 or 5 minute rounds depending on what I'm doing and how much time I have that day.

You saved me over $100.

Thanks Champ,

G

When I try to burn them to a CD it says that I am unable to do so as I do not have the burning rights?
I have saved them to my computer and still cant do it. Any ideas?

Which OS are you using? Which program to burn CDs? I've never heard of that particular error before.

Thought I would try tabata drills for the first time... downloaded mp3, played on my phone and just before I thought I was going to die I checked and noticed that songs were set to REPEAT!! LOL may want to make sure this feature is turned off on your playback device :)
