Hello all.
Thought i would post another video showing my progress after 1 month. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U4hwCshvRKQ
Alan,(speedbag) I'm still working on the elbows, but i hope you can see the improvement. Not been able to practice much with all the rain we had, so been watching your videos and many others linked from the forum.
Thanks for looking.
Vini
Fantastic progress. Very nice split fists (where you have 1 fist in front 1 in back), along with everything else.

ukspeedbag,
Very impressive. You certainly got some good moves.
A thought came to mind though, has your neighbor complained about the noise since you hit outdoors, or are they too afraid to complain after seeing your boxing moves? :)

Thanks atgatt.:D
Good thought, no one complained yet. I did ask one neighbor, did the noise bother him. He said no, but his wife is having a new baby, so I guess I'll have to back off a bit. No room indoors, I got bags in the attic, but I can never be bothered going up there, to much hassle with ladders.
Cheers

ukspeedbag,
I wonder if there was a way to soundproof your outdoor setup but I guess that would be very hard to do even if you built walls around it.
My two platforms are in my home office and I just shot the door. Still, my wife has to put up with the sound that just goes through the walls. Oh well.
At least you are considerate enough to be aware of your neighbor's needs.
