I'm actually looking for a timer to use at work to keep me focused at work (like "Tabata My Job" on the crossfit page). Ideally I need to see the timer even when I'm working and have the page minimized. I'm pretty sure you could embed the time into the html page's title, but not sure if that would effect performance. Maybe an always-on-top mini timer would work too.

Thanks :)

That's a pretty handy improvement that would help me as well!

Hit the timer page and click your browser's "Refresh" button...

it works for me on FireFox 2.0.0.11 (Mac OS X)... I will test it with IE 7 in a bit. It should save v2.0e in the bottom ... if not, keep hitting "Refresh" until you get it.

I don't know of any feasible way to make a browser window always stay on top , that's not something I can set via Javascript (compared to a native application for your OS, which can do that quite easily).

I've confirmed it works in IE7. I don't have easy access to IE6, but it probably works.
