    Howdy, from Jumpy

Hello everyone. I just bought my first speedbag set and I'm thrilled. I've had it for about 3 weeks and I don't understand why, but I'm kind of strangely addicted.

So far, this board has helped me correctly mount and use my bag. With all those who have posted great advice that I've used, thanks.

I'll be around. I have a lotta questions I need to search the board for.

Welcome. There's certainly a lot of good info to be had with the search. However, if you can't find what you're looking for, don't hesitate to ask.

At some point we should have an FAQ section (somewhat being worked on when I have time)... that would help answer questions for newbies.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. I'm getting a better swivel and found a nice used bag (everlast 4210..big sucker too) at a thrift shop. With upgrading everything, I feel kind of like a teenager on "Pimp My Ride."

Your Everlast 4210 should be an 11x8.

Strangely enough, the bag that came with the set (Everlast Vinyl Speed Bag 2943...I think) is listed as 11 X 8 also, but the other bag seems to be quite larger. It's like a red leather wrecking ball to me.
