setup questions

new to speedbagging and posting threads i dont think my fist attemp went through if it did sorry for repeating myself. I'm looking at buying an. everlast 4440 swivel or similar if i can find one and if not the deluxe pro and a title 11x9 bag both on your recomendations. Can someone tell me if this setup will work with a 24inch board. If it will then i'm off to Lowes ,they sell a 1inch x 24inch pine unfinished disc.A coat of stain and some varnish and hey presto a custom board not bad for 15 bucks. An 11x9 speed bag should work alright with an 24inch board. It will come up to the end of your board (http://www.speedbagcentral.com/ssp/speed_bag_parts#A) but should be OK.
