Santa was good to me, Roc, but it had nothing to do with speed bag equipment, which I have plenty of right now. Hope he was good to you.

Was Santa good to you? I imagine you may have a new bag to punch in... or swivel perhaps. Enjoy

Thanks for the reply Alan! I also read several previous posts by you and other "baggers"
on the subject. This particular bag I bought recieved numerous "bad reviews". I had diffuculty inserting the air needle to inflate it (the valve was not attatched to the bottom and was loose from the bag). When I inflated it, it was lopsided.
Anyway, I sent for a "Rival" bag which seems to gotten good reports by fellow baggers on the forum. I'll let you know what deverlopes as soon as I get "work ways" with my equipment, and figure out how to post videos. Thanks again Alan.

HI Ted. Without seeing the bag or hitting it I can't really tell but I would try it out first and see how it performs. A lot of times the warped everlasts I had (in the past...) would correct themselves, but that was a different time and different materials. If the seam is badly mishapen I would return it but if it is only slightly out of line then a few beatings might straighten it up. Espeically if it has plastic seams. Hope this helps.

Hi Alan, This may be off topic (wasn't sure how to enter a "new post").
Anyway, I just purchase a new bag (Everlast 10x7), all of the seams are tight and smooth except one. One side is raised and has an edge. Will this correct itself with use, or this a defect? Thanks for you expertise!

Hey Man we had a ball. The after party was difficult because the music was so loud you couldn't talk and Tichy was kinda involved. We'll do it again somewhere, sometime. Loved meeting ya. Keep punching your gonna be a great punch drummer!
