Welcome to forum RG! Hope you pick up some new skills and post video! Nice looking gym and platforms! Isee you have the melon bag on the right. A couple of guys here in the forum love that bag. I tried it, I guess I have to get my own lol. I'd love to see a video of you or one of your students on the DE bag. I love watching people hit that and try to incorporate what I see into my own workout.
