well what i've been up to is hoping that i'll get past the mid back pain when i'm hitting the speed bag, also have bad knees. even though i get pain when i hit i still enjoy it. i sure would like to get some vids of me hitting on my youtube channel but i don't have a camera or computer. maybe some day when work picks...ralph

I don't know exactly what the "vintage swivel" relates to. Do you have a link to it or a picture? Otherwise I am not sure what swivel you mean.
