Randolph, You can't download a YT video in the movie maker, you have to download the video with a youtube video download program, such as http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/ You can highlight the video address in the explorer address bar and past it into this software after it is installed. you can save the video or just the audio (I get a lot of music this way from youtube video's). Then you can load the saved video from your computer into the windows media player or movie maker and play it at 50% speed, (slo mo). That might help. Randolph, The Side Double Punch is just like the Front Double Punch, but the second fist is extended out to the side. For slow motion I would suggest you download this from youtube and play it in the windows movie player at 1/2 speed. I don't have any other footage in slow motion. There is also some Slo-motion of this on my teaching DVD. You might also work on the Side Single Punch a little first to get the feeling of moving your fist from the side to the front. In the Side Double Punch, the lead (first) fist hits the front of the bag and the second fist hits the side. Move them like a Front Double Punch and as the lead fist, then second fist hit the bag, they change position, kind of like a window washer. Keep practicing! you can do it. Alan
