Feedback wanted: a trip to the used sporting good store. Few pics

So I was at my local used sporting good store and I picked these guys up. The reflex bag and wave heavy bag were 30 bucks each. I'm wondering if anyone has any expirence with these guys or if you see anything I don't.

"Strong Idea" reflex bag. I've never heard of it.

    My hanging "Century wave bag".

Is water Foam the correct term?

My last Everlast 80lb with the new Wave bag. They are the same size.

Once again, I'd be happy to know anything about my new bags, good, bad or ugly.

I have never heard of that brand but the equipment looks good. I've had a reflex bag for years (base needs repair) but it was a lot of fun to use. Most of the punching techniques used on the speed bag can be used on the Reflex bag, with the exception of the three reverse punches and downward elbow strikes. The reflex bag has a "coil rebound rhythm" much like the speed bag, but slower. It is also great for Roundhouse kicks and Hook Kicks.

I also had a water filled bag and liked it a lot.

I think you got some useful equimpment at great prices.

Can't go wrong with a water bag. I love them. Sounds like the price was good too.

I haven't used anything similar to the reflex bag , can't offer any insight there.

Thanks Alan and Tim. I've tried them out and I love the water bag. I know that everyone has said it before, but it is so much easier on my wrists, and now I can use more proper technique, with out the fear of hurting something (even with wraps and gloves).

Before I had some Everlast 80lb bag that had a bunch of hard spots near the bottom, but now it is smooth through and through.

The reflex bag is alright, but since I have a double ended bag, I don't use it that much. It is nice, but I've seen some of these bags having the spring near the middle of the shaft, and with mine, it is at the bottom of the shaft near the base. Is this normal, and what are the differences?
