    Back to square one

Sorry I haven't been posting much lately. Wish I could say the overtime has been great but such is not he case. Truth us I've been off since August 5th. The disc flared up again and really knocked me down once again. I'm presently on short germ disability. Been kinda baggin here and there but have been restricted to limited physical activity..I.e. no lifting weight's, no pushups, dips, ixnay on the heavy bag etc. Sold my heavy bag and power tower for quick cash. Sold all ny weight's too. Still got the speed bag. Nit getting rid of that. Came pretty close though, it was either equipment or electricity and my kids like having lights. Anyway just checking in cuz it's been awhile since I posted any video. I was on the mend but I had a flare up earlier today. Usually the pain is focused to the left side, today it's the right. Tried acupuncture and I have an appointment with the chiropractor tomorrow. Oh well it is what it is. Crying won't help you, praying won't do you no good..when the levee breaks.. figured I'd toss that in. My sense of humor us intact

Hang in there big man. Unless you have lived through it, people don’t appreciate how debilitating back issues can be. Simple tasks, like getting dressed or getting into your car can be a challenge. Get the right medical attention and rehabilitation you need. Things will get better. We wish you well and look forward to one day down the road you posting one of your videos of you crushing that bag. Be well!

Hang in & chin up Metaldad... all will work out, just try not to let this stuff get you down.
It hasn't been a good year for me either (and many others these days). I'm sending positive thoughts your way.

Thank you Alan.If I don't let my kids drive me crazy, I'll go crazy. They usually only see dad wincing in pain when it flares up. I normally try to keep an upbeat attitutde.Other than that I'm either the big goofball or I'm Mr stopitdontdothatgotobedgetdressedlistenyourmotheri mgivingyoutothecountofthree........My wife on the other hand....I call her Mom Vader. She strikes fear into the minions with her mastery if the force of nature that she becomes. Starting to sound like Bill Cosby here :THE BEATINGS SHALL COMMENCE NOW! lmao

Tim my friend, the universe is good, God is good. All will be good. Don't mean to get all spiritual and metaphysical...wait Hell YES I do!! As much as certain situations have bummed me out a bit, I.e. the injury, selling my stuff, I gotta focus on what I still got and can do. I strongly feel things will get better all around and nothings in my way for SBIII!!! Thank you brother and see you soon!
